The Montclair PAL invites one of our most vulnerable populations to shoot some hoops! This open gym is for children with disabilities and their caregivers. Saturday afternoons 2PM.
In an effort to afford our players additional opportunities to improve, and develop in the off-season we are looking to participate in Spring/Summer Basketball Leagues. This will be less formal than our regular season. Co-ed, Grades 5 through 8.
This summer 2023 we will again host Bobby Hurt's Basketball 100 Summer camp led by Cecil Stinson, Montclair High School's Boys Basketball Coach. This summer's program will welcome children from 8 to 13. Each one-week program runs 9am-3pm, Monday through Friday .
The Montclair Police Athletic League (MPAL) is strengthened by its Founders, supportive parents, a committed board of directors and other Montclair community members and organizations. Together we are here for Montclair's children.
The Montclair PAL promotes trust, understanding and respect between Montclair's youth and its police officers through regular interactions in fun and relaxed settings. We believe in proactive community involvement and are committed to be a positive force for Montclair.
The Montclair PAL was established in 1996 as a non-profit 501(c) 3 organization to offer high quality programming for pre-teens and teenagers in Montclair, NJ and to help at-risk youth. Over the years thousands of Montclair's children have participated.

The Montclair PAL is an all-volunteer organization with a modest budget dedicated to Montclair's youth including and especially at-risk youth. We are a 501(c)3 non-profit and we charge affordable fees to cover expenses. Your tax-deductible donations will fund scholarships for those who cannot afford to pay, and pizzas. We truly appreciate every small donation.
